About Me

Hi! I'm so excited that you are here looking at my website.  If you don't already know me, I'm Laura.  I live in Commerce Township, Michigan. I have been baking since I was a kid and love it!!  I attended and graduated from culinary school at Schoolcraft College, then worked as a professional pastry chef in several settings. I worked at restaurants, hotels, and a bakery where I learned to make wedding cakes.  Eventually, I made a career change and began working in the automotive industry until I decided to become a fulltime mom to our two awesome little daughters.  While being at home, I decided to pursue my passion for baking, and Be Sweet Eat Sweet was launched!  I make custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other desserts.   If you are ever in need of some delicious sweets, I am your girl!
